The touch current in SK1 parts is measured by using a specialized instrument called a touch current tester. This tester applies a known voltage to the part and measures the resulting current flow through the part when it is touched. The measured touch current is then compared to the safety standards and regulations to ensure that it is within the allowable limits for human safety. Regular testing and maintenance of the SK1 parts are essential to ensure that the touch current remains at safe levels. **
